- Administration, maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure, particularly within a production environment.
- Support and maintenance of server systems, networks and workstations to ensure stable IT operations.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
- Conducting root cause analyses as well as identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Monitoring IT security and implementing protective measures to ensure system stability.
- Supporting the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
- Documentation of IT processes and creation of guides for users and IT colleagues.

Your profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
- At least three years of professional experience in IT system administration, ideally within a production environment.
- Broad IT know-how with solid expertise in server and network technologies.
- Experience with virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) as well as Windows and Linux environments.
- Basic understanding of IT security concepts and backup strategies.
- Independent and structured way of working combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level). German language skills are considered an advantage but are not essential for this role.
