- Coordinate and execute daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe and timely material handling and storage.
- Track inventory levels in the warehouse, identify discrepancies and support cycle counts and stock checks.
- Receive, inspect, document and store incoming goods in line with internal quality standards.
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse staff and actively support workflows on the shopfloor.
- Apply and follow warehouse processes and layouts to ensure efficiency, safety and material availability.
- Work closely with production, logistics and purchasing to ensure material readiness and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Follow and promote compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations in daily operations.
- Support, guide and onboard warehouse employees in their day-to-day tasks on the shopfloor.
- Collect and provide operational data to support reporting, KPIs and documentation.

Your profile
- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience in coordinating daily tasks and guiding warehouse staff on the shopfloor.
- Good understanding of inventory management, material flow and day-to-day warehouse processes.
- Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems in an operational environment.
- Strong hands-on mentality with a structured and reliable way of working.
- Must have a forklift license and driving experience.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues directly on the shopfloor.
- High awareness of safety, quality and process reliability in daily operations.
- Very good English and German skills, both spoken and written; Chinese language skills are a plus.
