- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, order requirements and available production capacity.
- Review production plans regularly and adjust schedules in response to material shortages, supply disruptions, workforce constraints or last-minute changes to customer orders.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and shop floor teams to align production priorities, workflows and the allocation of available resources.
- Monitor production performance, including throughput, yield and downtime, and identify bottlenecks that could affect the production schedule.
- Use the MRP system to create, manage and track production orders as well as the flow and availability of materials.
- Ensure the timely availability of materials by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and monitoring inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports on production progress, material availability and current inventory levels.
- Provide relevant departments with timely updates on production status, expected delays and potential risks.

- Completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree in a relevant commercial, technical or manufacturing-related field.
- At least two years of professional experience in production planning and material readiness review.
- Practical experience in preparing, maintaining and adjusting production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of production processes, capacity planning and material availability.
- Experience working with ERP or MRP systems to manage production orders and materials.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good German skills combined with either good English or Chinese skills for communication in an international working environment.
- Positive, proactive and resilient personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Reliable working style and the determination to complete tasks, even when faced with difficulties.
