- Support the establishment, implementation and continuous maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage QMS documentation throughout its lifecycle, including creation, revision, review, approval, distribution and archiving.
- Ensure that quality procedures, records and supporting documents remain accurate, current and traceable.
- Coordinate internal audit schedules, prepare the required documentation and follow up on identified corrective actions.
- Support the preparation and coordination of management reviews.
- Prepare for customer and certification audits by compiling evidence, maintaining records and coordinating required input from internal departments.
- Consolidate and maintain quality-related KPIs, audit results, training records, management review reports and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to strengthen QMS awareness and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support the implementation and documentation of activities relating to ESD S20.20 and TISAX.
- Monitor documentation and change control processes to reduce the risk of audit findings, process deviations and delayed customer approvals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site’s quality performance and its readiness for customer and certification audits.

Your profile
- Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management or a comparable field.
- At least three years of professional experience in QMS administration, document control or audit support within an IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 environment.
- Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements.
- Practical experience preparing internal, customer or certification audits and following up on corrective actions.
- Experience managing controlled documents, quality records, KPIs and management review documentation.
- An internal auditor qualification for IATF 16949, ISO 9001 or VDA 6.3 is considered a strong advantage.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SharePoint and electronic document management or archiving systems.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Proficient English skills, sufficient for daily work in an international environment.
- Basic German skills are preferred to support coordination with local stakeholders.
