- Conduct fault detection, diagnosis, repair, reassembly and functional testing of returned products and products submitted for after-sales repair.
- Ensure that all repaired products meet factory quality standards for restocking and secondary delivery.
- Independently identify hardware, circuit, structural and functional faults in products, complete parts replacement, debugging and restoration and resolve common and recurring product failures.
- Strictly follow standard operating procedures and repair process specifications.
- Comply with ESD protection and dust-proof operation standards to avoid secondary damage and the release of defective products.
- Accurately complete repair logs, fault statistics and maintenance reports.
- Organize common faults and repair data to support quality analysis and process optimization.
- Summarize high-frequency and batch product defects, report problems to the quality and R&D teams and assist in the continuous improvement of product quality and repair processes.
- Manage repair tools, spare parts and consumables, conduct regular organization and inventory checks, maintain a tidy and standardized workstation and control repair costs.
- Cooperate with the after-sales, warehouse and quality departments to complete the acceptance, storage and handover of repaired products.

- Ability to follow standardized working procedures reliably.
- Relevant professional experience in product repair is considered an advantage.
